For non-Koreans I really recommend ebay. I buy asian CDs there. And grapemusic is really good online shop on ebay. Bought previous U-KISS albums there and all SHINee's and 2NE1's and some other for all my friends :D Took 1 week to get them from Korea to my place :D
And of course yesasia.com! Really good one too!
